Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of placement of the order.
If you wish to check in late, kindly inform us. In case of amendment, cancellation, the hotel must be notified at least 6 hours in advance.
Confirmed Room Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one nights room tariff.
In the event of a cancellation prior to 48 hrs, please do retain the cancellation number, to ensure that no retention charge is levied.
Guests are requested to settle their bills directly at the time of check out. We are not in a position to accept personal cheque and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts which have a Credit facility with the respective hotel.
Prior information for a Smoking or Non Smoking Room will enable us to provide on priority, subject to availability.
